We’re hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to own and manage LinkedIn conversations end-to-end for our company's founder.

Duties & Responsibilities

This is not a copy/paste outbound role. You’ll be having real, thoughtful conversations with founders and operators who:

  • View our LinkedIn profile
  • Message us directly
  • Engage with our LinkedIn content
     

Your job is to respond quickly, build trust, ask smart questions, and guide people to the right resources (content, newsletter, case studies, calls).

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • 1–3 years in outbound sales, business development, or LinkedIn prospecting — ideally in media, publishing, creator economy, or digital advertising. 

  • Proven track record of booking qualified calls via cold DMs — not just volume, but conversion. We care about reply rates and calls booked, not messages sent.

  • Excellent written communication — LinkedIn DMs are short-form, high-stakes writing. You need to be concise, personalized, and direct without sounding like a template. No "I'd love to pick your brain" energy.

Package & Remuneration

On target earnings will range from $12,000 - $25,000 USD (195,000 - 400,000 ZAR) per year depending on experience
