Working Hours: US Business Hours | From 3:00 PM SA Time Onwards

We are seeking a confident, motivated, and results-driven B2B Sales Representative to join our growing team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for prospecting and contacting businesses to generate new advertising clients, building relationships with decision-makers, and driving the sales process from initial contact through to closing.

Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound B2B cold calls to prospective clients.
  • Identify and contact businesses that could benefit from advertising opportunities.
  • Speak confidently with business owners, managers, and key decision-makers.
  • Introduce the company's advertising opportunities and communicate their value effectively.
  • Assist prospective clients in selecting advertising opportunities that align with their target audience and business objectives.
  • Follow up consistently with prospective clients to maximise conversion opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Handle objections, negotiate opportunities, and successfully close sales.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, prospects, follow-ups, and sales activity within the CRM.
  • Consistently work toward agreed sales targets and performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, outbound sales, or lead generation.
  • Strong cold-calling and prospecting experience.
  • Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
  • Confident communicating with business owners and key decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, objection-handling, and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.
  • Strong follow-up and relationship-building abilities.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Experience using CRM systems and sales tools.
  • Reliable internet connection and own laptop.
