Position Overview Upskilled Evolution is seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable Project Manager to support a variety of internal and client-facing initiatives. This role is best suited for a mid-level professional with strong organizational skills, experience in process improvement, and the ability to manage multiple workflows in a consulting-style environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate multiple projects from initiation through completion
Organize and facilitate meetings, including agendas, notes, and follow-ups
Track deliverables, timelines, and action items across stakeholders
Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements
Support consulting initiatives with structured execution and organization
Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal teams and clients
Ensure accountability across projects and proactively address gaps
Required Qualifications
2–5+ years of project management or project coordination experience
Experience in process improvement and workflow optimization
Background in a consulting, operations, or client-facing environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to work flexible hours (including early mornings when needed)
Based in Alaska
Work hours will vary
Preferred Qualifications
PMP certification (or working toward it)
Strong understanding of project management principles and best practices
Experience supporting small teams or growing organizations
