About The Role
We are seeking a data-driven Growth Marketer to manage and optimize user acquisition campaigns across paid channels, focusing on campaign management, testing, and scaling for efficient growth.  This is a role which will be deeply hands-on in the daily campaign management, testing, optimisation and scaling.
 
Responsibilities include:
  • Managing paid acquisition search and social campaigns, analyzing performance, iterating on creative and targeting, and testing new ideas for efficient growth.
  • Monitoring and optimizing performance metrics across KPIs including CPA, ROAS, LTV, and CAC
  • Audience targeting, creative, messaging, bids, and budgets A/B testing
  • Identify performance trends and take action quickly to improve results
  • Work closely with creative and content teams to develop and iterate on ad creative
  • Partner with product and marketing teams to optimize landing pages, onboarding flows, and conversion paths
  • Manage and maintain data integrity and accurate attribution and measurement to inform budget allocation and testing priorities
  • Identify and test new acquisition channels, formats, and tactics to unlock incremental growth and continuously look for opportunities to improve efficiency and scale what works
  • Ensuring regulatory and platform compliance 
About You
You will be an mid - senior level user acquisition campaign manager / marketer, who thinks analytically and works in a structured way.
 
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Deep paid B2C user acquisition campaign management experience, to maximise results and deliver on KPIs
  • Solid understanding of the paid social and search channels including Meta, Google, TikTok, etc
  • Detailed knowledge of ROAS and measurement metrics, reporting and insights
  • Implementing and analysing A/B testing
  • Attribution modelling skills, using tools such as Singular, SAS
  • A background in fintech and regulated industries
What's On Offer
The role is offering a generous compensation of up to $140k pa, plus stock options, with the ability to work remotely in the US.
