GTM Engineer

Description

Macabacus is transforming how we build, activate, and scale our GTM engine, and the new GTM Engineer role with be the core driver of that transformation.  
Key project the GTM Engineer will work on in the first six months: 

• Automate the process of capturing and acting on signals from prospects and customers to enable the GTM team to engage contacts quickly and with deep context. For example, using UserGems job change data for target accounts to generate deep research for sales to customize out reach or to generate contact lists to be automatically targeted with personalized advertising in LinkedIn.
• Restructuring campaign data and structure in Hubspot to enable better reporting but also drive automated workflows across GTM using tools such as LeadData, Qualified, and Sendoso
• Using Claude Cowork/Code to build custom performance dashboards and data-to- action platforms that plug into our entire GTM infrastructure

Requirements

You'll be an individual contributor who designs, builds, and maintains the workflows and automation that drive pipeline. You'll work alongside our RevOps team on the tools and data layer, partner with marketing and sales leadership on strategy, and build AI agents that execute on both. This will turn siloed signals and manual work into orchestrated, intelligent GTM motion. 
Focus areas: 

• Design and build workflows using signals, targeting data, and our GTM motion. Determining who gets notified, what information they get, and how does it flow into action for Sales or marketing
• Build and deploy AI agents and automation across GTM that deliver results we don’t have today, not just automate the busy work of the team
• Ensure the marketing and wider GTM tech stack in effective and efficient. You’ll work with Revops to ensure workflows work, data is accurate, and we have the right systems in place to be successful
• Build AI agents and automation to support the rest of the marketing team. You will be a true force multiple for a small team by providing guidance and finished agents to automate existing workflows but to also enable things we just don’t do today
