Our mission is to become the world’s premier producer of educational YouTube content. This is a rare opportunity to be the first full-time hire in the business, with significant ownership over operations, processes, and creative delivery.

Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Delivery

  • Manage the end-to-end production process for multiple client projects.
  • Build and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Coordinate with editors, designers, and other creatives to ensure quality and brand consistency (Frame.io)
  • Review and approve video edits and creative assets
  • Plan and manage weekly production schedules and updates
     

Strategy & Growth

  • Work with the team to develop creative strategies for clients
  • Optimize workflows and systems for efficiency
  • Proactively identify and solve operational or creative bottlenecks
  • Support onboarding of new clients and scaling of operations
     

What Success Looks Like

  • After 3 months: Independently managing the production pipeline for multiple clients and improving workflows
  • After 6 months: Running onboarding processes, refining operations, and contributing to business strategy
  • After 12 months: Helping scale the agency to 10+ clients with streamlined operations and high-quality delivery

Desired Experience & Qualification

Qualifications

Essential

  • Previous experience as a Project Manager. 
  • Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including Looms.
  • Ability to own projects and deliver results with minimal oversight
  • Passion for YouTube, digital content, and the creator economy
     

 

Nice to Have

  • Project or operations management experience in a creative or marketing environment
  • Familiarity with tools like Frame.io, Notion, and Slack
  • Basic editing skills in Premiere Pro or After Effects
