We are seeking an experienced Commercial Electrical Sales Representative to expand our commercial client base and drive new project opportunities.
This role is ideal for a salesperson who already understands the commercial electrical industry, including lighting retrofits, electrical service work, and facility electrical upgrades.

What You'll Be Responsible For
- Generating new business opportunities within the commercial electrical market
- Building relationships with facility managers, property managers, and commercial clients
- Identifying lighting retrofit and electrical service opportunities
- Conducting site visits and evaluating electrical needs
- Preparing project proposals and scopes of work
- Presenting solutions and closing electrical service and retrofit projects
- Working with project managers and operations to ensure successful project delivery
- Maintaining a strong pipeline of opportunities
What We're Looking For
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of commercial electrical industry sales experience
- Experience selling electrical contracting services or lighting retrofit projects
- Strong knowledge of commercial lighting systems and electrical service work
- Proven ability to generate and close commercial electrical projects
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently

Preferred Experience
- Background working for an electrical contractor or lighting retrofit company
- Experience selling LED retrofit or energy efficiency projects
- Existing relationships with facility managers or commercial property managers
- Knowledge of commercial electrical infrastructure and lighting applications
