Job Summary

The Senior Oracle Supply Chain Management Reporting Analyst role is to leverage data to provide support in operational reporting and metrics for Corporate and Hospital leadership. The role is established to foster value creation and implementation of the organization’s data strategy through the use of the organization’s data assets. By translating high-level business priorities into actionable metrics and sophisticated reporting solutions, you will play a pivotal role in maturing our data strategy and fostering a culture of value creation.

Essential Functions

  • Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for Oracle SCM and Procurement data, partnering with operational leaders to design analytical solutions that solve complex business challenges.
  • Leverages deep technical expertise for SCM data troubleshooting, specializing in the identification and resolution of complex technical discrepancies
  • Provides technical-to-business alignment, ensuring that every analytical solution directly addresses a core operational need.
  • Delivers rapid-response ad hoc analysis for senior leadership, delivering clear, data-backed insights under tight deadlines.
  • Proactively identify, investigate, and resolve data integrity issues. Collaborate with the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) team to manage technical tickets, ensuring long-term systemic resolutions.
  • Audit underlying data structures to identify trends, outliers, and opportunities for process optimization and improved data quality.
  • Validates the integrity and accuracy of recurring reporting cycles, while ensuring high-quality insights reach key stakeholders on schedule.
  • Identifies areas of opportunity with reported data.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Complies with all policies and standards.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university required.
  • 3-5 years’ experience required for system subject area in an analytics role (Oracle, Revenue Cycle).
  • 1-2 years’ experience in a healthcare setting required.
  • Experience with working in databases, spreadsheets, and analytics tools required.
  • 3–5 years of Oracle experience, with a proven ability to navigate complex, non-routine scenarios and apply technical logic to diverse business contexts.

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Proven track record in the end-to-end development of custom SCM dashboards and high-fidelity reports, utilizing FDI for strategic insights and BIP/OTBI for deep-dive transactional analysis.
  • Foundational knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), with the ability to manage data assets within the OCI console and utilize cloud-native tools to enhance SCM reporting scalability.
  • Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in Oracle SCM-related systems, with a deep understanding of end-to-end system logic.
  • Advanced proficiency in Oracle SCM reporting, with a specialized focus on Oracle Procurement and integrated SCM modules.
  • Familiarity in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) analytics tools, including BigQuery and Looker, for large-scale data processing and visualization
  • Advanced SQL skills for data extraction, manipulation, and complex querying.
