What You’ll Be Doing

The Sales Admin is responsible for managing various administrative tasks and processes within the Sales department of Intoxalock, including various approval and compliance-related processes that contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of the Sales organization.

  • Manage California paperwork Includes calling or faxing the MAU for approvals on California installs and working with compliance/ops to ensure the correct paperwork is delivered to the customer in a timely manner.
  • Manage Pennsylvania approval process for entire Sales team, ensuring approvals are handled as expeditiously as possible. Includes a daily audit/pending account report.
  • Manage New York process to reach out to customers by email and text to retrieve missing paperwork as needed. Includes twice weekly audit and “general” pending account report.
  • Review for approval of all other state paperwork and attach them to accounts, emailing agents and supervisors the Includes but does not limit to receiving paperwork, determining status, and applying approval for several states. Requirements are state-dependent.
  • Review specific accounts for financial assistance eligibility.
  • Apply promotional ticklers for entire Sales team, including review of accounts to prevent duplicate
  • Occasionally enter in mailed paper forms into the Quick Start site as needed, to ensure those leads are distributed correctly. Includes independent and reporting entity provided leads.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

  • High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, computer skills, including Microsoft Office programs and
  • Ability to think analytically to identify qualitative or quantitative trends and recommend appropriate
  • Effective problem solving/process improvement skills used to identify and resolve operational, customer-facing and/or employee relations problems
