Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 1–3+ years of experience in SDR, BDR, sales development, lead generation, or business development roles
- Exceptional written communication skills with strong attention to context, tone, personalization, and professionalism
- Comfortable with fast pace outbound prospecting and pipeline generation
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Strong research skills and ability to follow qualification frameworks consistently
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
- Curious, resourceful, and eager to learn
- Experience working in Claude or other AI tools
Preferred Qualifications:
- You have hands-on experience working at a CPG brand
- Experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn, Surfe, Notion, and or modern outbound sales tooling
- Experience leveraging AI tools for prospect research, outbound personalization, or workflow automation
- Experience working remotely with US-based teams
- Exposure to the CPG industry or startup ecosystem.
