Technical Leadership & Governance

  • Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership across delivery teams.
  • Establish and maintain documentation standards, including diagrams, runbooks, and SOPs.
  • Stay aligned with industry trends, emerging technologies, and vendor advancements.
  • Ensure adherence to MetroSys delivery methodologies and quality standards.

Pre-Sales & Solution Development

  • Partner with sales teams to scope, design, and position network solutions.
  • Contribute to statements of work (SOWs), proposals, and level-of-effort estimates.
  • Lead client presentations, demos, and proof-of-concept (POC) engagements.
  • Support strategic account planning and solution positioning.
