Description

As a FAA Program Manager at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in managing and growing a designated sales territory. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong, long‑term customer relationships, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and executing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectives.

This role requires senior‑level sales leadership, including oversight of complex, high‑value, and multi‑stakeholder projects. You will leverage strong project management capabilities to coordinate internal teams, external partners, and customers throughout the full sales lifecycle—from opportunity identification through execution and delivery.

You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding, order processing, and post‑sale support. In addition, you will analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to adapt sales strategies and strengthen Honeywell’s position in regulated and mission‑critical environments.

  • Manage designated sales territory and develop strong, trusted customer relationships
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Provide senior‑level oversight of large, complex, and multi‑stakeholder sales projects
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform and adapt sales strategies
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support customer onboarding, order execution, and post‑sale support
  • Navigate long and complex sales cycles, particularly within regulated and public‑sector environments
  • Travel up to 75% within the assigned territory as required
  • Must be a US Citizen


Qualifications

Must Haves

  • Senior‑level sales executive with FAA & 6+ years of progressive sales experience
  • Proven experience providing oversight and leadership for large, complex companies or customer projects
  • Strong project management experience, including coordination across internal teams, external partners, and customers
  • Demonstrated expertise in Fire systems and solutions, including sales within regulated and mission‑critical environments
  • Extensive experience with government contracting, including public‑sector customers, compliance requirements, procurement processes, and long sales cycles
  • Ability to lead complex sales engagements from opportunity identification through execution and delivery

The salary range for this position is ($115000-140000).  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.

This role is INCENTIVE eligible
