We are hiring 1–2 elite personal trainers immediately to take over high-value clients already on the schedule in the Peninsula.

✔ One client just committed $10,000
✔ Active clients in Daly City + Half Moon Bay
✔ More leads coming in weekly

If you live near South San Francisco, San Bruno, or Pacifica, this is your opportunity to own this territory.

What This Role Actually Is (real talk)

This is NOT a gym job.

You will:

  •  Train clients in their homes (Daly City → Half Moon Bay corridor) 
  •  Build long-term relationships 
  •  Own a high-income route of clients 
  •  Be part of a structured, high-performance system 
Compensation

  •  $40–$60/session base 
  •  $500+ bonuses for 6-month renewals 
  •  2% commission on all other renewals 
  •  Performance bonuses + session volume incentives 
  •  Gas reimbursement 
👉 Top trainers = $1,000+/week

Territory

You must be able to service:

  •  Daly City 
  •  South San Francisco 
  •  Pacifica 
  •  Half Moon Bay 
👉 Living in South San Francisco / San Bruno / Pacifica strongly preferred
