In this role, you will transform big ideas into actionable marketing strategies that drive measurable impact for clients. Acting as a CMO for your assigned accounts, you'll connect insights with creative thinking and develop multi-channel plans, including SEO, paid media, and automation. Collaboration with various teams will be key as you bring innovative strategies to life, ensuring each project has a solid vision and the tangible results to back it up. Your contributions will not only benefit client accounts but also enhance our partner's marketing initiatives.
Accountabilities
- Lead the marketing strategy for assigned client accounts, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Drive client discovery sessions to clarify goals and establish performance metrics.
- Develop cross-channel marketing strategies integrating various digital channels.
- Collaborate with the Senior Digital Strategist to ensure alignment with best practices.
- Partner with creative and technical teams to execute effective campaigns.
- Review content and campaigns to meet brand and messaging standards.
- Monitor performance and use data to optimize strategies.
- Stay updated on market trends and evolving customer behaviors.
- Contribute ideas for the partner's marketing initiatives.
- Support branding and marketing efforts for strategic sales pursuits.
Requirements
- 6–8 years of experience in digital marketing strategy development.
- Strong background in at least two core marketing areas (SEO, paid media, content management).
- Proven track record of marketing successes supported by data.
- Experience in managing client accounts from discovery to execution.
- Ability to lead insightful client conversations and set clear objectives.
- Comfortable translating complex ideas into clear strategies for stakeholders.
- Collaborative spirit with ability to work seamlessly across teams.
- Organized and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Eager to learn and explore new marketing tools and platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach.
