  • Provide technical guidance and consultation to design and artwork production partners on best practices related to printing methods, materials, and file setup.
  • Partner with the Senior Manager, Enterprise Packaging Design Team, to establish and reinforce quality standards, best practices, and scalable design approaches across the enterprise.
  • Proactively identify and resolve graphic‑related issues with internal teams and external suppliers, driving timely and effective solutions.
  • Work cross‑functionally with Marketing, Regulatory, R&D, Packaging Engineering, and Operations to support enterprise initiatives and project timelines.
  • Contribute to the evolution of processes, systems, and tools that improve efficiency, reduce rework, and elevate packaging design quality.
  • Demonstrate adaptability and sound judgment when prioritizing work across shifting business needs and enterprise priorities.

Your skills & expertise (Minimum qualifications):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in graphics, printing, or a related field AND minimum of seven years of experience in a print, packaging, or artwork production environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of multiple printing technologies—including offset, flexographic, digital, screen, and emerging methods—with a quality‑driven mindset and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Solid understanding of visual design systems, hierarchy, and brand application in packaging, with proven experience advocating for brand integrity and user experience in regulated environments.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to partner effectively with internal teams and suppliers and explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications (Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat Pro), Microsoft 365 skills (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
