Responsibilities
Connect with clients through Zoom and phone appointments
Explain benefit options clearly and professionally
Assist clients with basic enrollment and documentation
Maintain accurate records and follow up when needed
Build positive client relationships through strong communication
Participate in training, coaching, and team development sessions
Qualifications
Strong communication and people skills
Basic computer knowledge
Comfortable working remotely and using Zoom
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Reliable, organized, and self-motivated
Ability to manage time effectively
Leadership experience is considered an asset
