Benefits Service Representative – Remote

As a Remote Benefits Representative, you will work with individuals and families to help them better understand available benefit options. You will connect with clients through virtual appointments, answer questions, provide clear information, and support them through a simple enrollment process.

About the Opportunity

Our organization is backed by Globe Life and has continued to grow across North America. We provide essential benefit programs to working families and are expanding our remote team throughout the U.S. and Canada.

This role is fully remote, with interviews, training, and client appointments conducted online through Zoom.

What You'll Do

Connect with clients and families through scheduled virtual meetings
Explain benefit options in a clear and professional way
Answer questions and help clients understand their available programs
Complete basic documentation and follow-up tasks
Build strong long-term client relationships
Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and leadership development

What We're Looking For

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer skills and comfort using Zoom
A positive, professional, and coachable attitude
Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
Good organization and time-management skills
Leadership experience is an asset but not required
