AI-native UI/UX designer

We’re looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to lead rapid prototyping and evolve the design system behind our B2B SaaS platform. This is an AI-native role for someone who is comfortable working beyond traditional design workflows and turning complex product ideas into polished, interactive experiences at exceptional speed.
In our process, Figma is increasingly the canvas for initial drafts — not where the highest-fidelity prototypes are built. The real prototyping happens through AI-generated, code-based experiences grounded in a robust, token-driven design system. You’ll use tools such as Claude Code and other AI platforms to move rapidly from prompt to working prototype, while applying the design judgment and systems thinking needed to make every experience coherent, scalable, and production-ready.
Key Responsibilities
- Own an AI-driven design workflow, turning concepts into high-fidelity, interactive prototypes in days
- Prototype complex SaaS flows (dashboards, workflows, data-heavy interfaces) with real interactivity and edge-case consideration.
- Evolve a robust, token-based design system in Storybook
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and stakeholders to iterate fast based on user feedback and business needs.
- Participate in and coordinate user interviews to gather feedback and inform product design decisions
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven AI-native design workflow: daily hands-on use of AI for high fidelity prototyping
- Strong track record maintaining AI-ready/scalable design systems that export cleanly to code (React/Tailwind, etc.) with minimal rework.
- Experience prototyping for B2B SaaS platforms (dashboards, enterprise tools, complex user journeys).
- Portfolio showing SaaS projects where you used AI tools (IDEs, LLMs, MCPs) to deliver fast, high-quality results.
- Exceptional C1-C2 Level English Communication
